I have been a personal trainer for 5 years and it’s been far and away the best career choice for me. Fitness is my passion because I love seeing the progress people make over time. Specialization: Strength and conditioning- I believe that physical strength is a gateway to emotional and mental strength. Fat loss and muscle strength- I can accommodate any form of programming that you need. Availability- Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. On a personal level I am a stone-cold nerd. Fantasy, dungeons and dragons, and video games are all hobbies. I look forward to training and making the best progress we can for you!

Hey, I'm Kiley! I've grown up & currently live in Travelers Rest. I graduated from Clemson University in 2021 with a degree in Food Science & Nutrition, with an emphasis in Community Health & Wellness. I'm a certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. My life has revolved around fitness for the past 10 years, & outside of my time in the gym I enjoy being outdoors! Ensuring each individual that enters Anytime Fitness feels welcomed & fully supported, whether they are a new or seasoned gym goer has become my passion, and I can't wait to see all that you accomplish! Thanks for reading, and I look forward to helping all members live a healthy + balanced lifestyle!
