10 Ways to Treat Yourself without Derailing Your Fitness Journey

So often, we commit to a goal and follow the “rules” strictly. But then fate (or a nice bowl of ice cream) tempts you. You’ve been working hard, one little treat can’t hurt all that bad, right? But the next thing you know, one treat turns into two and you might just find yourself off the wagon.
