We asked our coaches what their #1 tip is for making healthy happen, and they gave us some great answers and insights as to why it’s not as complicated as you might think.   14. My number one tip to making healthy happen is switching your mindset. Once you are mentally all in, you can keep that consistency and remind yourself of your “why” to keep you going. Consistency is absolute key to accomplishing any kind of goal and it all starts in the mind first.
