If you have a goal of losing weight, building muscle, or simply keeping hunger at bay, we have a delicious recipe for you to add to your list of breakfast ideas. Introducing, White Chocolate Raspberry Protein Oats, inspired by our friends at StrongerU Nutrition. This recipe can be prepared and cooked in under 5 minutes, and packs a powerful 28g of protein per serving, making it an ideal way to start your day on the right foot, nutritionally speaking.
You’ll still enjoy those hints of white chocolate flavor even if you skip the optional white chocolate chips; the secret ingredient in this tasty recipe is sugar-free, fat-free white chocolate pudding mix. Combine with quick oats, protein powder and unsweetened cashew (or other) milk to balance healthy fats, energizing carbs, and muscle-building protein. Fresh or frozen raspberries top this oatmeal nicely, adding healthy micronutrients such as vitamin C, a strong antioxidant that helps protect your body against free radicals found in the environment that may cause damage to the body’s cells. Since vitamin C is not made by the human body, it must be taken in through dietary sources, such as this recipe.
So, without further ado, let’s get this day rocking!
