There are so many reasons to love our AF coaches. They pick us up when we’re down, support us on our journey to making healthy happen, and are always there for us, whether we’re in the gym or using the AF app to chat. We’re so grateful for our coaches and everything they do for us that we wanted to take a second to hear from them.
