Brian is the successful owner of four Anytime Fitness locations. He currently owns and operates clubs in Zionsville, Brownsburg, Lebanon, and now Jasper, Indiana. Brian holds a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science and has worked in the industry since 1991. Most recently, Brian has been the Fitness Director of a large hospital-based facility in Indianapolis. His other experience includes teaching at Eastern Kentucky University, corporate fitness programming, and the fitness resort setting. Brian’s passion is helping people improve their quality of life.
Jason became C.S.C.S certified in May 2002. He is experienced in various venues of training and has professional experiences including being a P.E. Teacher and baseketball coach for both boys and girls.
Kim has a MS degree in Physical Education, AFAA certified personal trainer. She has over 20 years of experience, teaching, coaching, and training all ages and fitness levels. Kim joined the Anytime Fitness staff in 2008. Kim is a highly enthusiastic trainer who loves helping people achieve there fitness and wellness goals.
Kristy received her BS in Kinesiology with emphasis in Exercise Science and has been doing PT since 2002. She is ACSM H/FI, ACE, Powerhouse Pilates Mat, Balance Body Pilates Reformer and Tower certified.
Born and raised in Zionsville, Mindy received her degree in Exercise Science from Ball State University. Mindy has over 10 years in the industry and continues to share her knowledge with people who want to learn more about health and fitness.

PILATES Reformer TRAINING
Pilates Reformer is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to the muscles, developing a strong core or center (tones abdominals while strengthening the back), and improving coordination and balance. Pilates' flexible system allows for different exercises to be modified in a range of difficulty from beginning to advance. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises. No muscle group is under or over trained.
