Membership Cap

Anytime Fitness of Zionsville will cap its' membership at about half of what the industry guidelines recommend for membership capacity in our space. This will enable us to provide a high level of personalized attention and focus on our members. While we have outfitted our facility with brand new equipment from the best manufacturer in the industry, we will more importantly provide a superior level of customer service.

We focus on achievable, healthy lifestyle changes that include exercise, education, and nutrition. To help you accomplish your goals, we offer customized personal training programs. These programs provide professional guidance and instruction specifically designed for you, your goals, and your level of fitness. Personal training services are provided by degreed/certified fitness professionals.

Anytime Health

Anytime Fitness members can workout any time of the day or night, every day of the year with access to state-of-the-art strength training and cardiovascular equipment. Also included with membership is a LIFETIME subscription to Anytime Health, a wellness and weight loss on-line resource center created in partnership with the Mayo Clinic. Anytime Health is your tool to support you in reaching your fitness goals while away from home.

PILATES Reformer TRAINING

Pilates Reformer is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to the muscles, developing a strong core or center (tones abdominals while strengthening the back), and improving coordination and balance. Pilates' flexible system allows for different exercises to be modified in a range of difficulty from beginning to advance. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises. No muscle group is under or over trained.

What is TRX? TRX is a fun and challenging total body workout that is geared towards ALL fitness levels. It is the Ultimate Bodyweight Training. TRX Blends strength, cardiovascular training, core, balance and stability training together in a uniquely new way.
