I am a lifelong Wisconsin resident and the hands-on owner of 28 Anytime Fitness health clubs in Southern Wisconsin. We promise to provide you with impeccably clean facilities, the best maintained equipment, all in a non intimidating atmosphere. Most importantly our staff will provide you with all the support you need to reach your fitness goals.
I just moved to Madison in January and I Love it! I grew up in Iowa City, IA and graduated from the University of Iowa in Health and Sport Science. I am an extrovert by nature and I am more than willing to help you with anything you need here at the gym. I have a serious passion for fitness and wellness and for motivating people to stay positive and build on their strengths!
As a competetive swimmer for the past 12 years, health and fitness has always been a passion of mine. I enjoy motivating people to reach their fitness goals and look forward to helping you reach yours!
I am a graduate of Edgewood College. My passion for fitness began as I successfully lost the weight I gained during school. I applied my master’s education on goals, motivation, and human behavior to health and fitness. The outcome has been inspiring other people to have a positive relationship with exercise and food.
I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for 18 years, specializing in human movement and designing exercise programs for people with orthopedic issues. Over the years, I have earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s degree in Business along with multiple certifications for fitness. I am originally from California and love to surf, snowboard, mountain bike, camp, fish, and anything else that happens outdoors. My philosophy on training; All ends well that moves well…

I am a lifelong fitness buff. Along with my sparking personality, I bring pilates and TRX certifications to Anytime Fitness. I am constantly on the lookout for new trends and I love taking the latest classes in yoga, pilates, core etc. I find they are great additions to my bag of tricks.
I strongly believe in the theory, process and results of physical activity. Feel free to call me either Elle or Elly! I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Performance Enhancement Specialist (P.E.S.). I recently graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) with a degree in Kinesiology focused on fitness and sports studies. As a California native (Bay Area to be exact) I have grown up loving the outdoors and being active. From surfing, water polo, rowing, club soccer, I have played just about every sport out there. Because of this I have a vast array of fun and different techniques to use while working out. While at LSU I started and ran our club ice hockey program, creating off ice workouts was one of my many specialties. Not long after I was recruited to help out the rugby team as well. I am very excited to bring my sports and fitness knowledge to the gym setting!
Weight loss and athletic training can be a difficult task both physically and mentally, but with the right environment, support, encouragement and methodology, it can be less overwhelming. I would like to be that support and help you on your journey and to achieve your goals.

I am en route to getting a degree in Exercise Movement Science from UW Madison. Being fit is not a destination, it's a lifestyle and I will help you make it that!
