Kellen is certified as a Personal Trainer and Athletic Coaching through Westside Barbell. He likes to spend his free time listening to podcasts and audiobooks, watching movies and spending time with family. He also loves playing disc golf and hiking. He has aspirations to be a head varsity football coach and continue to impact the lives of many people.

I was born & raised in Fredonia, WI. I love being outdoors & enjoying nature. I love to go hiking, camping or just having a nice bonfire & watching the sunset. I grew up playing sports, my favorites being soccer & volleyball. I wrestled for a year in high school, just to say I could. I encourage everyone to do what they love, even if it makes them uncomfortable in the beginning.

My goal is to help you move consistently & enjoy it! Despite what many think, the most important thing isn’t how many pounds you can lift or how much the scale changes. Be thankful that you're here in the first place! If you enjoy movement & exercise, you’re much more likely to stick with it. Let’s learn & have fun together! I grew up in small-town Nebraska, surrounded by corn & cows! I spent a lot of my time going on bike rides & climbing trees. After graduating from Hillsdale College in MI, I got married & moved to WI. I love to be outside, especially if there’s a fun activity going on! One of my favorite things to do is take walks at sunset. You can also find me trying new recipes in the kitchen or squeezing in a short nap!

Julia is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise and started her journey with AF as a long time member. She believes fitness is not all about how you look, or how much weight you can lift, but how it makes you feel. Confidence is power! She looks forward to meeting you and helping you reach your goals!

Josh has been with Anytime Fitness since 2009 and is our Regional Personal Training Manager with a degree in Exercise Science from Ripon College - Ripon, WI. He specializes in fat loss, muscle gain, flexibility, special populations, and sport specific training. His focus is improving your quality of life through quality of time spent in the gym, not quantity of time.

I’m a proud Grafton native with a lifelong love for sports and fitness. Soccer was my first passion, and movement has always been a big part of who I am. I’ve been with Anytime Fitness for nearly a decade, and what keeps me inspired is the strong sense of community here. It truly feels like a second family, and I love getting to know our members and celebrating their wins, big and small. Outside the gym, life is busy (and fun!) with my wife Lauren, our toddler Landon, and our newest addition, Annie. We love taking day trips around Wisconsin, finding new parks and trails, and just spending time together as a family. I also try to sneak in a little disc golf whenever I get the chance!

I first joined Anytime Fitness as a Club Director from 2007 to 2012, took a short hiatus, and returned in 2017 with more energy and passion than ever. Helping people surprise themselves with what they’re capable of is the best part of my job. I love watching members grow and feel proud of their progress. The human body is incredible, and I’m constantly inspired by it. Outside the gym, I enjoy running 5Ks, hiking, long walks, and experiencing life through the eyes of my three amazing daughters — Kenzington, Emersyn, and Edalyn. My husband and I live in West Bend with our girls and our spirited Shih Tzu, Dempsey. One of our favorite family traditions? Cranking up Prince and dancing in the kitchen. I’m all about health, happiness, and making every day count.

He first started out as a trainer and club manager in our West Bend, WI location and is now an owner for our Cedarburg, Hartford, Germantown and West Bend clubs. His philosophy for helping people get to a healthier place is really to understand what their goals are and provide them with the best tools to be successful.
