Originally from Texas, I came to SC about 10 yrs ago. I received a BS degree in Criminal Justice from Southwest Texas State Univ and an Assoc in Technology from Pierce College. As an ex-Army Ranger, I am presently a Security Consultant for the US Gov't. I Have been athletically active since childhood. Favorite pasttimes: gatherings with family and friends, exercising, boating, camping, horse back riding, scuba diving, traveling and working around the ranch.
Erin graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Exercise Science. She is also certified exercise physiologist by the American College of Sports Medicine. She has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry through personal training, corporate fitness management, and coaching gymnastics. Erin loves animals, sports, spending time with her family, and of course working out. She likes to put a smile on everyone's face who comes in. Stop by to meet her today!
Jessica graduated with a Master's degree in Sports Management from Georgia Southern University. She received a BS in Sports Management and Leisure Services from Newberry College. She has 11 years experience in the fitness industry from college athletics to running one of the world’s best personal training programs. Jessica is passionate in helping people realize that they can achieve a healthy lifestyle no matter what level you are starting from. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, boating, playing sports and anything that is adventurous.
Naomi is passionate about exercise and nutrition. She has helped young athletes improve in their sport, as well as people in their 70’s improve stability, strength and bone density, and everything in between. Naomi is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Her focus is to continually improving as a trainer so that she can better help those seeking her help for improved health, fitness, wellness and quality of life!
Schanen is a well seasoned trainer with over 12 years experience and a Certified Trainer through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. He has competed and placed in the top 4 of 4 bodybuilding competitions. He is able to work with all levels and wants to help you reach your goals. Need results?
