This club marks our return to the great state of Texas and the fitness industry. I managed a gym and worked as a personal trainer through college. My passion for fitness grew in the military and continued through my career in executive protection. I learned to challenge myself; to push myself further than what I thought I was capable of, and I learned that the benefits of physical fitness go far beyond the parameters of vanity. My wife and I are very excited to see our members challenge themselves, meet goals, then take them to the next level. We're here to help you along that path.
Hi y'all!!! I'm a recent transplant from Michigan and so far I love everything about Austin. I manage the club in the evenings and on Saturdays and the thing I like most is getting to know all of our members and meeting new potential members. We have such a great community at this location and it's been fun to work with them and share my passion for fitness. I'm also a personal trainer and absolutely enjoy seeing my clients achieve their fitness goals. Come see us to get started on your fitness journey!!!
My fitness journey began with two simple goals in mind. 1. To improve my health. 2. To be able to run and play with my girls without injuring myself. I fell in love with fitness and felt driven to share my passion with others. I decided to get my personal training certificate and now enjoy helping others reach their fitness goals.
Background: I moved to Austin at the end of 2013 from Phoenix, AZ and I love it! I received my Bachelor in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University in 2003, played college basketball and have worked in both commercial and private realms of health and fitness. Currently I’m a health coach for a major health insurance company but looking to get a little more hands on and continue my passion of personal training. Hobbies: hiking, running, camping, anything with water, travel, family, friends, country music Style of Training: Tell me what your goal is and I’ll get you there. Everyone has different goals and there’s not one program out there for everyone. I’ll give you the tools and show you how to reach your goals for life! My definition of fitness is: You get out what you put in I prefer to work: one on one, group training, boot camps, outdoor, etc.
I train with strength and compassion based on my own personal transformation and triumphs and years as a massage therapist. I will push you to achieve your goals, challenge you to overcome what doesn't serve you, and guide you towards lifestyle choices to support your success! I really enjoy connecting with clients one on one, semi-private sessions and in small group classes. It allows me to maintain focus on all the important aspects of effective coaching while maintaining a more personalized experience for my clients!
Background: Sports and fitness has always been a passion of mine. Being a referee, player (various sports), coach, mentor, working with kids with disabilities, and the training I received in the military are a few examples of my experience. Style of Training: High intensity is my favorite way to train. Motivation and positive reinforcement are key. I push my clients to leave everything at the gym.
