Personal Training and Small Group Coaching
Thoughtful, caring, qualified and effective is the best way to describe our personal trainers and coaches. It all starts with listening to you. What are your goals? What do you want to achieve? What have you tried in the past? What has worked and what has not worked? Any specific conditions we need to be aware of? Any old injuries? Any current injuries? How much time do you have each week? etc.
Next we look. How do you walk, what is you gait like? How do you stand? How do you sit? How do you move? We take you through a carefully designed routine to expose muscle imbalances or dysfunctional movements. Unless corrected early, muscle imbalances and dysfunctional movements can cause long term problems and are harder to fix if they are not tackled early in your exercise program.
Next our Head Coach will recommend a program for you based on what we have learned. It might be one on one personal training if you have specific conditions we need to help you with or if you have found in the past you respond best to 1 on 1 personal training.
If you are the independent type that works best by yourself, we can design a really effective 8 week work out program for you and let you have at it. We would just check in and reassess in 8 weeks to make sure everything is progressing as planned.
Maybe you feed off the energy generated by working out in small groups. In that case we can slot you into appropriate semi-private (2 or 3 members working out together) personal training or small group coaching (4 to 6 members working out together)
Regardless of if you are participating in our personal training and coaching programs, our coaches are always available to answer questions and lend a helping hand. We even have a personal trainer online 24 hours a day just to answer all those questions you think of when you get home. Plus it is part of our member standard of care to assess your progress each quarter and give you some one on one time to answer questions about the best way to achieve the results you seek.
