Jayme is a local with a passion for the Crystal Coast! She graduated from New Bern High and went on to get her Bachelors from East Carolina, then finished up in Savannah GA with her Masters in Sports Medicine. She enjoys inspiring and motivating people to be healthy and active. Working out can stink, but it does not have to with Anytime Fitness of Morehead City! When she is not encouraging others, she can be found swimming, biking and running. She is training for the half-ironman in Wilmington in October!
Jennifer Lewis is a native of New Bern, NC and attended college at Carteret Community College and East Carolina University. She served 6 years in the NC Army National Guard as an AH-64 Apache Crewchief and was a member of their rifle and pistol team. Jennifer has been a martial arts instructor for Lewis’ Taekwondo for 14 years. She is a 4th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, Certified Instructor, Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Certified Coach, and she is the 2013 AAU Taekwondo NC State Champion and National Silver Medalist. She is married to Carteret County native, Russ Lewis and they have a 7 year old son, Luke. Jennifer also enjoys self-defense training, power lifting, cross-training in Judo, sport shooting, and spending time with family and friends.
Carrie comes here all the way from Wisconsin! With a background as a Collegiate Track and Field athlete, she is able to guide all kinds of Clients. From ex-athletes, to weekend warriors, to everyday people looking to get healthy, Carrie can create a workout for you! When she is not in the gym she enjoys running and spending time on the beach.
Certified personal trainer and boxing coach. He has been training for over 3 years. Charlie specializes in HIIT training, circuit training and cardio boxing. His philosophy is simple: you get out what you put in....hard work truly pays off. When Charlie is not in the gym he enjoys fishing, boating and all outdoor activities during all seasons. As a Trainer, his primary goal is to inspire and motivate his clients to reach their goals and obtain optimal success in the gym!
Got pain? Post rehab injury gotcha down? Is that hamstring yelling at you after hours of training? Come see Emily. She is our in house post-rehab, pre-rehab, flexibility trainer. She is highly educated through the Gray Institute in helping clients regain function and mobility, pain free after physical therapy. Her philosophy is "never give up!" She has taken clients with "you will never...." diagnoses...and turned them into "Look I am doing it!" When she is not making her clients AND her co-workers feel all around pain free, she enjoys spending time with her Husband and their dogs. She is highly active in all aspects of her life, so don't expect to ever see her sitting down!! Every minute of her day is spent learning and moving.
Karen Wagner is a certified personal trainer through NSPA (National Strength Professionals Association), with 33 years of experience as a trainer. She is also a Pro ANBF Natural Masters Figure Athlete. She has studied nutrition and weight management, HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training), she is a certified spinning instructor (Mad Dogg), certified NutraMetrix (Nutraceutical Consultant), transition lifestyle coach (Nutrition Coach), and teaches TABATA Classes (Interval Training). Her hobbies are fishing, boating, and going to the beach. She has a passion for training others and helping them fulfill their goals. She is currently attending Carteret Community College to obtain a Nutrition Degree. One of her goals is to own a health food store and continue to help educate the community on the importance of health and nutrition.
