POUND Fitness is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!  Through continual upper body motion using our lightly weighted drumsticks, called Ripstix™, you’ll turn into a calorie-torching drummer, POUNDing off pounds as each song flies by.

Yoga - Every Tuesday 5:30 PM  Beginner and advanced Yoga with Megan

The classes are open communication. Megan encourages questions throughout the class while having fun and laughs. It's usually beginner-based, with a bit of a challenge to help students release stress, leaving feeling refreshed and relaxed. We work with focus on the breath, combined with a flow of movement, and deep stretching. Everything is done at the level necessary for each individual person, doing what they can and being in their own personal practice- which is exactly what yoga is.. PRACTICE! :)

Zumba - Every Monday at 5:30 PM-  Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be 'FUN AND EASY TO DO' in order for Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba fitness program to achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is not only great for the body, but it is also great for the mind. It is a 'feel happy' workout.

Hitt Bootcamp- Every Saturday at 10 AM Interval training to music that gives you an all body workout in the shortest time possible

Boot camp workouts are one of the latest fitness trends. To better suit varying schedules and limited time of trainees, boot camp workouts offer a variety of workouts and exercises. Trainees perform a wide assortment of strengthening, stretching, and cardiovascular drills, so the full spectrum of bodily fitness is trained with every session. Most boot camp workouts have already been designed and tailored to particular needs, but we will also mix a variety of exercises per the individual trainees needs, as necessary. Understand that the target reps and sets given are for relatively experienced trainees. If you cannot achieve the target goals for any particular exercise, do your best, and work up towards the target by adding an additional few reps each subsequent week.
