I am BOI (Born On Island), born and raised in Galveston and love my fellow islanders!
My fitness journey started when I had met with my doctor, and they let me know that I was needing to make some serious lifestyle changes, due to fact my weight was becoming a detriment to my health. After losing over 50lbs, my life was changed for the better and that inspired me to help other people start their fitness journeys! Health and Fitness is a passion of mine and I want to help you reach your fitness goals!
For me, the gym is a place that we can put everything aside and focus on yourself. I want to help you achieve a better lifestyle, the key is to focus on both the physical and mental game. A good-mind body connection is everything!
A great gym session for me is PULL Day, I love targeting the back muscles! If you have never done a split routine, come see me and I’d love to help you build one!

I am a native Texan and love living in Galveston! I have come to love the island and its people. I am excited to come to you with 20+ years experience in the health and fitness industry. This includes teaching group/ circuit training, water aerobics, kickboxing personal trainer and massage therapist.
In addition to my interest in the health and workout arena, I enjoy so many outdoor activities. These include hiking, camping, kayaking, skateboarding, surfing, and cycling.
Personally, I am passionate about helping disadvantaged youth and the underprivileged. I work with the unsheltered, providing food and necessary essential items. I also coach and encourage them in employment and housing. I am involved in both local and foreign missions

Growing up in sports, I always maintained a clean diet and active lifestyle, but college helped me realize that true health is more than just a diet or workout—it’s a way of life. My passion as a coach lies in fostering relationships, instilling discipline, holding people accountable, and building self-confidence.
As a coach at Anytime Fitness, my mission is to help people reach the goals they’ve set for themselves and bring them to life. I aim to empower individuals to become stronger and more confident than they ever believed possible. When they’re ready to embark on a new lifestyle, I’ll be right there to support them every step of the way.

I grew up in Boise, Idaho, and have called Galveston home for the past five years. I quickly fell in love with the island’s vibrant culture and community.
Since beginning my fitness journey, I’ve been drawn to strength sports. After several years of powerlifting, I discovered Olympic weightlifting, which deepened my passion for the fitness community. Outside of the gym, I enjoy hiking, biking, and walking along the beach, embracing an active lifestyle.
I’m especially fascinated by the psychological aspects of training—becoming physically and mentally stronger with every session. I’m dedicated to helping others build confidence through health and fitness. My goal is to help every member push their limits daily, creating structure and consistency through an active lifestyle and healthy habits.

I am a recent graduate of Tarleton State University class of 2016, in which I graduated with two degrees in Business Administration as well as Management. I was introduced to the fitness world at a young age through baseball and basketball. That early love helped my drive into football, track and field and powerlifting during my high school days. With all the competitive training I have had, it has definitely instilled solid experience that I incorporate into my clients as well as my own regimen.
With that passion for fitness always going strong; that led to my desire for my certification to be a Personal Trainer through ACE. I always found a love and sense of fulfillment by helping those close to me attain a level of health and fitness they have always wanted. Instilling a love for a healthy lifestyle and fitness is something I want all my members to achieve.

I am a native Texan and have recently moved to Galveston Island! I graduated from the University of Buffalo where I was very fortunate to play college basketball at the Division 1 level. This ignited my passion for fitness as I was always looking to improve my athleticism; by joining various gyms, looking to enhance what I could do on the basketball floor. After college I went into education where I have been a High school Basketball Coach/Teacher for the past 20 plus years. Professionally and personally my goal has been to get the best out of each individual I come into contact with. I look forward to keeping the same philosophy as I take on my new role in working with our members of Anytime Fitness.

After college I moved to Venezuela to teach and to be the Athletic Director at a K-12 International school. It’s been over 12 years now that I moved back and started working for Anytime Fitness! Sports and physical activity have played an important role in my life and I love learning new ways to be healthy and fit. I’m excited to learn, grow, and meet new goals with each and every one of you!
