Notes:

Kettle Bell- Deena will help you fine tune your Kettle Bell swing with starting with the basics. The class will progress overtime but the first 10 minutes will be

a full on review. This class is for all fitness levels.   Piloxing-A NON-STOP, CARDIO FUSION OF STANDING PILATES, BOXING AND DANCE THAT WILL

PUSH YOU PAST YOUR LIMITS.INSANITY- This class is a MAX Interval Training, which replaces traditional moderate-intensity exercise with maximum

intensity exercise, and trades short intervals of intensity for short periods of rest. Adding high-intensity exercise forces the body to use fast-twitch muscle

fibers not normally engaged in cardio exercise.
