Maura is our manager and lead trainer. She specializes in general fitness/wellness, strength training, race training, weight management, and women's fitness. She runs several bootcamps locally. Maura is AAAI-ISSA certified and currently prepping for the American College of Sports Medicine certification.

After losing over 50 pounds, Heather decided to make fitness her life so she could share her success with others. She specializes in functional fitness, weight management, and strength training. Heather is an ACE certified personal trainer, and also a Crossfit Level 1 trainer. She is also a certified ACE Health Coach.

Karen has been involved in physical fitness for many years. As an avid athlete, Karen set a goal to complete a triathlon and in 2001 completed her first Olympic distance triathlon and has been hooked ever since. She recently completed her first full Ironman in Cozumel, Mexico. She is certified through the AAAI and ISMA PT Certifications, Total Body Strength Conditioning, Cycling Certification, Kickboxing Certification, Phase I & II Mat Pilates Certification, Kids Fitness, and Strength Conditioning and Weight Training Consultant Certification.

Megan is our Power Yoga Instructor. She fell in love with yoga in 2008. She completed her training at Power Yoga Works in Philadelphia in the winter of 2011 and continues to accumulate hours towards her 200 RYT. She currently works as a registered dietitian at both a cancer treatment center and a bariatric surgery office. Megan has so much gratitude for the opportunities that yoga has brought into her life–especially being able to teach something she loves so much!
