Eric has experience in many fitness areas such as strength, aerobics, and circuit training. This experience is the result of his many years as an athlete and exposure to gym training starting at a young age. Eric is a NETA Certified trainer and is also very knowledgeable in the area of bodybuilding supplementation. Goal: To get members in great shape and help them develop the skill, coordination, and flexibility so they can lead a healthy lifestyle. To also develop the right workout and diet advice to obtain their goals and improve their lives.
Heather Ferdinand is a native of New Orleans that has been passionate about fitness since her days as an all around high school athlete. As the Fitness Consultant, Heather uses her warmth and enthusiasm to motivate our members to find the time to make fitness a part of their lives.
Jeff is a passionate and optimistic entrepreneur and lover of all things New Orleans. A graphic and web designer by trade, Jeff initially fell in love with the simplicity of Anytime Fitness and was compelled to make the transition to a more healthy and active lifestyle. Now a fitness enthusiast, Jeff is excited to continue his journey as a part of our team and to pass on his knowledge to our members.
Otho is an energetic sports performance specialist with an educational background in kinesiology, motor behavior, and sports management. Areas of expertise include personal training, strength training, cardiovascular training, nutrition plans, speed, agility, and flexibility training. Otho is NETA certified and has additional experience working as a physical therapy technician. Goal: To take members’ goals whether it’s in weight loss and toning, weight and strength gain, or just overall health and wellness and design a program that will be both fun and effective.
