Josh never paid much attention to his overall health until he had to. After gaining 70 lbs. in only a couple of years he knew something needed to change. Combining a healthy diet with going to the gym helped him regain control and feel great. Allegra was a professional ice skater and now enjoys teaching children's skating classes. She has always been enthusiastic about fitness. Both are very passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals.
