I did not grow up in Damascus, but I did visit Jimmy Cone once a week. I am very excited to open an Anytime Fitness in Damascus. I started out in the fitness industry 18 years ago as a personal trainer. My goal was to help educate people on how to meet their fitness goals. I was the fitness director at a premier tennis and fitness facility for the past 16 years. If you need help or just have questions don't hesitate to ask, because I am opening this club for you.
I started out in the fitness industry 30 years ago as an Aerobic Instructor for the Frederick YMCA. I developed a passion for fitness and spent 15 years managing one of the areas largest health clubs. I'm excited to make Anytime Fitness Damascus my home and to be a part of this great team to help you reach your fitness goals. With my new schedule, I look forward to spending more time with my three beautiful grandchildren, now that I'm working closer to home.
I am currently enrolled in college to further my education. I played on the varsity soccer team for 3 years at Damascus High. I have always been interested in sports, health, and fitness. I love meeting new people at Anytime Fitness, Damascus
I moved to the Damascus area from Pittsburg with my family. I am ISSA certified in personal training as well as fitness nutrition. I myself am passionate about fitness and committed to improving the health and well-being of others. Being a part of the team here at Anytime Fitness Damascus has me very eager to help as many people as possible accomplish their goals, such as: weight-loss, building strength, increasing flexibility, and improving their health and quality of life. I’m here to help in any way, so feel free to ask for my assistance if needed! I want to help you with your body transformation!
I am Nationally Certified Trainer and Presenter, specializing in Core Conditioning and Functional Training. I have been in the industry for more than 20 years. In 2006 I started working with athletes and post rehabilitation clients. Since then my focus has changed to seniors and baby-boomers. My training emphasizes on core strength and balance as well functional movements.
My name is Kristin Stevens, but feel free to call me Kris. I am really excited about being part of a tight knit community such as Damascus. I graduated from Springfield College with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education. I have enjoyed working as a personal trainer for over 15 years! Outside of the Gym I enjoy spending time with my husband on motorcycle rides and bike rides with my kids. I am a gardner (not a good one) and I love to do anything outdoors. As a personal Trainer, I strive to train you in the most fun, challenging, and rewarding way. I hope you'll give me a try.
I grew up in Damascus and currently go to Montgomery College/Salisbury University. I'm working towards becoming a personal trainer and getting my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. I was overweight all of my life but a few years ago I discovered that I had a love for fitness and want to share that passion with others who want to change their bodies and lives.
