Renee has been NSCA-CSCS certified since 2002. Prior to Anytime Fitness, Renee was co-owner of Fiziques Fitness & Training, VP of Marketing for Unique Home Solutions, and had a successful 10-year career as a D1 women's basketball coach at 3 major universities. Renee played basketball at Dartmouth and rugby at Rutgers where she completed her Master's Degree. Renee is co-owner of the Bishop Ave. Anytime and owner of the Illinois Ave. club.

My approach to training utilizes a systematic plan in forcing muscle adaption through strength training and resistance training. I believe that in order to achieve the best results one must make every rep count and have the confidence to achieve new heights in your workouts. Envision the body you want to create. The Personal Training I provide is ongoing and has no completion date. I am going to teach you exercises and techniques that you can use later and will also help give you the motivation to not only reach your fitness goals but the discipline to maintain them.
