I am a lifelong Wisconsin resident and the hands-on owner of 25 Anytime Fitness health clubs in Southern Wisconsin. We promise to provide you with impeccably clean facilities, the best maintained equipment, all in a non intimidating atmosphere. Most importantly our staff will provide you with all the support you need to reach your fitness goals.
As a competetive swimmer for the past 12 years, health and fitness has always been a passion of mine. I enjoy motivating people to reach their fitness goals and look forward to helping you reach yours!
I was born and raised in Oregon and graduated from UW-La Crosse with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and Masters’ degree in Sport Administration. I have always had a strong passion for sports and athletics. Health and fitness is an extremely important part of my life and I hope to inspire, teach and learn from each and every member.
I’ve had a passion for fitness my whole life thanks to my father. I feel so blessed to be working at Anytime Fitness where service is our top priority. As the Director of Operations, it is my job to ensure that all members are receiving the best customer service possible at a top notch facility!
As a long-time member of Anytime Fitness, I was provided with the support and tools needed to reach my fitness goals. I have been inspired through my own experience as a member to help others along their fitness journeys. I want to help others reach their goals & to live lives filled with health and wellness!
I’m originally from Minnesota; five years ago I moved to Madison and fell in love with the city. I play sports, run obstacle races, and enjoy the outdoors. I like to teach people about fitness and I believe that when people have the proper knowledge of nutrition, technique, and receive proper motivation reaching their fitness goals are much easier.
I'm from Pardeeville Wisconsin and grew up playing sports. I have always had a love for sports and fitness. I believe that exercise and nutrition is a necessity as well as being great for the mind. I enjoy motivating as well as helping people maintain a positive attitude throughout the workout. Working with people to reach their goals has become very rewarding to me. I look forward to helping you reach your goals as well.
As a Trainer, Coach, and former Athlete I have learned there are many different avenues to success. Keeping a positive attitude throughout training is the key to success. I look forward to helping you reach new heights.
I personally continue to grow my knowledge of fitness and life wellness by playing competitive sports (Madison Mustangs Semi Pro Football Organization) and coaching different youth programs. I can coach you into meeting your fitness and wellness goals if you are willing to put in the time. Success is all yours, put me in the position to guide you in cheering yourself on....
From the coaching I recieved as a former UW Badger Football player, I've learned the dedication and goal setting that is needed to reach a variety of fitness goals and I look forward to using those skills to help you reach your goals!

As someone who ran outdoors for years, I stayed clear of gyms. After injuring my knee, I realized it was time to expand my training regimen. Trying new equipment was intimidating at first, but now I want to help others achieve their goals through a breadth of training methods. I love getting creative with my workouts so that things never get dull. I can’t wait to help you set and achieve your goals – and have fun doing it!
I'm originally from Oregon, went to the U of O and played sports all my life. I started doing bodybuilding shows at 18 and started coaching competitors at 21. I love helping beginners to see that the process can be fun and safe (I'm a stickler for form and proper movement) and helping advanced clients get to where they want to get to.
