Physical fitness has always been at the forefront of my life. Having been a high school and college athlete, I know what it takes to be a disciplined student-athlete in a challenging environment. Non-stop self-determination has led me to become a trainer and continue my passion for helping others grow stronger mentally and physically.
In August of 2010 I left Fredericksburg to start my college journey. In Worcester, Massachusetts. I grew up quick and developed a work ethic fostered from self-discipline and many 10 degree winter morning walks to school. I fully intend on delivering the same intense work ethic in all that I do here. I am honored to be a part of this seasoned facility that is respected by so many in our community and I look forward to helping everyone in our gym further their fitness journey!

Anytime Fitness has been a huge part of my life. I have been working here since February 2011, shortly after I graduated from Texas A&M with a BS in Nutrition.
My favorite part about working for Anytime Fitness is getting to know our members. I feel like we become a part of each other’s lives in a small way. Our members have been able to walk through some of my biggest milestones with me (getting engaged, married, and having my daughter). In turn, I have been able to watch our members grow, too. I have watched members lose weight, gain muscle, maintain their strength, and improve their quality of life. I have watched our members graduate from high school (and college), get married, have babies and welcome grandbabies. Fitness seems to have a place for everyone, no matter where they are in their life. I love that!

Thank you for visiting our website and Anytime Fitness. My name is Rick Rehm and I live in Austin, TX with my wife and daughter. I've been in the fitness/health/wellness industry since 2001 and an Anytime Fitness owner since 2010. I'm passionate about the health and fitness industry and I hope that our Anytime Fitness clubs reflect that. Our goal is to create a safe and friendly environment for all our members to enjoy as they reach for their goals and become and better version of themselves through fitness.
