A certified personal trainer and yoga teacher, Ann promotes a healthy lifestyle of exercise, nutrition and activity. She assists clients to be true to themselves in body, mind and heart. Focusing on stress relief and strength/core training, Ann realizes that we can lose sight of our goals. That’s when a trainer can help.
Axel has been in the fitness industry for over 14 years. He has degrees in Sport Management and Medical Sciences. He is a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga instructor, Nordic Walking Master Trainer, Healthy Back Specialist, and a preferred trainer for many local physical therapists and doctors.
An American College of Sports Medicine and National Academy of Sports Medicine certified trainer, Cheryl specializes in health fitness, personal training and exercise program design. Using her lifelong interest in exercise and nutrition, she offers clients workouts that are challenging and fun, with visible results!
A certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Liz has personally experienced the health benefits of losing 100+ pounds. She enjoys helping clients with time efficient training that focuses on accountability, motivation and encouragement.
A certified Personal Trainer through ISFTA, the International Sports and Fitness Trainers Association, Rachel has 22 years of experience working in Nuclear Medicine in the care of patients. She thru hiked the Appalachian Trail, was a competitive athlete for 20 years and a non-competitive bodybuilder for 5. She enjoys using her personality and sense of humor, along with her medical experience and athletic background to to motivate clients.
A registered Dietitian (American Dietetic Association, 2009) with extensive UK experience, Rosemary offers nutritional counseling for weight management and medical conditions. Sport-specific nutritional advice is an area of special interest. She enjoys helping people make easy dietary changes with fast, visible results.

Monday – Saturday: 10am – 1pm and
Monday - Thursday: 3pm - 6pm
(Office hours may change due to inclement weather. No office hours on national holidays.)
