She has to keep up with her daughter and that’s why being fit is so important to her.  She believes we all need to ask ourselves, "Why do I workout?". If you can answer that question honestly, it will help motivate you to be healthy and fit!  Kelly believes fitness should be part of everyone's life. If you are new to the gym she will teach you the basics; if you are a gym regular, she’ll push you to new levels.  She enjoys seeing people grow to love working out! Working out can be fun!

I treat it as a little reminder that with hard work you can achieve what your heart desires. Everything and anything is attainable with the right mindset.” Taurean grew up here in Morris County, loves sports (particularly football and basketball). Ask him about his passion for poetry.

Evelyn is passionate and dedicated to her clients' success and progressions, adapting and implementing workouts to each client's specific needs. She not only helps them transform their bodies, but their lives, with healthier attitudes, lifestyles and overall wellness. She believes being fit and living healthy is a lifestyle. "It's not about "having time" it's about "making time". Believe in yourself, set goals and push your limits! As a trainer, nothing is more fulfilling than helping others achieve their goals. I enjoy working with all abilities, ages and goals." "If you are looking to strengthen your weaknesses, maximize your strengths, and push beyond what you thought you were capable of -we will have a great and successful journey together!" Evelyn is addicted to exercise and is currently training for the New Jersey Marathon

    Anytime Fitness is truly "locally" owned and operated. Dodi and Eric both grew up within a mile of Anytime Fitness. They went to Par Hills HS and live just up the street in Mt. Tabor. Dodi has spent time as in the travel industry, managing a veterinarian office, as a stay-at-home mom, and most recently as an office manager. Eric spent 20 years in consumer healthcare market research at several local corporations. Dodi has spent many years perfecting the perfect tailgate party for the NY Giants; She enjoys reading and Alchemy. Eric still plays soccer in an old-men's league and has many year of experience coaching youth recreational gymnastics. He has always followed the mantra "a sound mind in a sound body." Would you believe he never belonged to a gym?
