Through education and dedication, Lynn has overcome obesity, eating disorders and a lack of energy. She now enjoys helping and motivating others in achieving their fitness and weight loss goals.

Monte is a nationally Certified Fitness Trainer and Senior Fitness Training Specialist.. He earned his certifications through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and the Academy of Health & Fitness. Monte comes from a rich family heritage of fitness trainers and health advocates. His past coaching experiences have benefited others through his motivation and encouragement. Monte has a basic philosophy concerning fitness; you can’t get there if you don’t know where you are going. His desire is to see people improve their overall quality of life and self-image.
