I will always find the right path to get you to your goals in a safe and efficient way. I specialize in weight loss, muscle gain, and post rehab training.
I teach challenging, athletic yoga classes and specialize in yoga for weightlifters. Power yoga has improved my performance as an athlete, cyclist, and dedicated Crossfitter. In my free time I cook, paint, travel, and scuba dive.
