We are able to accommodate guest appoinments between 6am and 11pm most days, but our official office hours (to allow time for training and administrative duties) are listed below. Inclement Weather Policy

In emergency weather conditions, we follow Montgomery County Public School Closings.  MCPS delay –> No classes before 9am. An MCPS closing –> No classes before 4pm, and evening classes will be determined on a case-by-case basis by 2pm and posted under “Announcements” on the Homepage. When school is not in session, check MCR (http://www6.montgomerycountymd.gov/rectmpl.asp?url=/content/rec/about/weather.asp) or call 240-777–6889 for details.

All classes begin promptly at the posted times.  No one will be allowed to enter the studio once class has begun.

Descriptions:

Total Body Conditioning:  Sculpt your entire body in a fun and challenging workout, modifiable for various fitness levels!

(Low Impact) Total Body Conditioning:  This class is similar to the standard Total Body Conditioning but is easier on beginners, members over 50, and those with knee, hip, or back pains.

Zumba:  Feel that Salsa and Meringue rhythm move you to a healthy sweat and say goodbye to some extra calories!

Zumba Gold:  This class is similar to standard Zumba but is easier on beginners, members over 50, and those with knee, hip, or back pains.

Zumba Toning: Add weights to your workout to strengthen your arms and shoulders while you shimmy!

Spinning:  Join this indoor cycling class to melt away the calories, strengthen your heart, and tone your legs!   

Abs, Buns, & Guns:  Exactly what it sounds like!  A strength training class that focuses on your arms, your core, and glutes.

Yoga:  Flow through a series of Yoga poses and stretches that will increase your strength and flexibility.  All levels welcome!   

Restorative Yoga: Gently hold each pose and stretch to relax your mind while improving mobility. Great for beginners.

Boot Camp:  Combine cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength with an intense start to your day! 

Mat Pilates: Strengthen and stabilize with this new mind and body class.
