After transforming his physique himself and losing over 50 lbs Jesse will motivate, inspire, and work hard to make sure that your goal is met. Since Jesse was 18 years old he has been involved in the fitness industry and loves every minute of it.
Erika started her health and fitness journey by losing over 60 lbs through exercising and diet. She is very passionate about sharing her knowledge, energy, and motivation with others to positively impact their lives!
Anthony is an ACE certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. He specializes in strength and cardiovascular training and nutritional education. He enjoys working with his clients to help them reach their goals and better their quality of life.

We challenge you to find an employee at a gym that will calculate your RMR, measure your body composition or answer a diet related question immediately when you ask. The fitness industry has staffed its facilities with “salespeople” who can only talk about the "deal" that ends today as opposed to how they are going to help you achieve your goals.
