Specialties include Kettlebells, functional and core training, Sports specific conditioning, Women's fitness including Pre and Post Natal, and post surgical/illness rehabilitative exercise.

Rachele is certified through the National Academt of Sports Medicine (NASM). She has also obtained her certification in Corrective Exercise and is currently working on becoming a Nutrion Coach. She enjoys using all styles of training, using various techniques, and working in all planes of motion to help each client reach and exceed their fitness goals.

Nicole is a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and Nutrition Coach through NASM. With over 8 years experience in coaching basketball and softball, she brings a strong background in athletics and motivation to her training approach. Nicole's personal journey through recovery from an eating disorder inspired her to take her own fitness and health to the next level. Today she's passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and a healthy mindset both in and out of the gym!
