For my entire life, I’ve struggled with being overweight and having a lack of self-confidence. By the time I turned 18, it seemed I had tried every fad diet imaginable. After “yo-yoing” my weight for years, I decided it was time to buckle down and make a real change. I threw away everything I thought I knew about health and fitness and never looked back. Through proper nutrition and exercise, I lost a total of 50 pounds! Now, at 21, I feel happier and healthier than ever—and I’ve found a real passion for working out! My journey is just beginning, and I know my love for fitness will continue to grow. My dream is to help others reach their fullest, fittest potential, as I strive to reach my own.
I started my fitness journey 5 years ago, topping the scale at 250 lbs. I was working long hours, not sleeping & believe it or not rarely eating. I started with a boot camp class that I could barely function through. I was told that any movement is better than none, so I continued it for another 3 years. In 2012 I joined Anytime Fitness, I was still very far from healthy. I met great people who inspired me everyday, and I loved hearing their success stories. I knew I was determined to be a success story too. I still am on my own journey with fitness & weight loss with 32 lbs to reach my goal. In 2013 I joined the Anytime Fitness Team, Hired 2 Inspire seems like a title I was born to wear.
With my mom being a choreographer and owning her own dance studio, it is easy to say I grew up with a very active lifestyle. I participated on competitive dance and gymnastics teams until high school where I made the very difficult decision to trade in my tap shoes and leotards for some knee pads (for volleyball) and a shotput (I was the “and field” of “track and field”). After graduating and no longer being a part of organized sports, learning how to maintain my fitness and energy level was definitely a struggle. Over the years I have used up all of the excuses and said “I’ll do it tomorrow” too many times. Now, I am consistently working on bettering myself and setting new goals that surpass what I ever thought possible. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it.
Michaela was a member of AF Uxbridge for several months before becoming a part of our team. She is a bright and determined girl that will gladly help anyone around her. When asked where her love of fitness came from, she responded, "I got into fitness so I could lead a healthy lifestyle and be more confident. I love helping other people achieve their goals, too!"

Natalie is a certified personal trainer, specialist in fitness nutrition, certified with Madd Dog Spinning and is a qualified group TRX instructor. She is a graduate of Worcester State University with a BS in Biology and minors in chemistry and business where she ran both cross country and track. She is continuing her education to receive her MS degree in Biotechnology. Natalie has experience in weight training, strength, endurance and conditioning. She has competed successfully in a NPC Bikini Fitness Competition. Natalie is passionately committed to helping you achieve a healthier and fit lifestyle, so you look and feel your best!
I am an ACE certified personal trainer and pre and postnatal specialist. I am also certified through Power Pilates and have a degree in Exercise Physiology from Karl-Franzen University in Graz, Austria. Throughout high school and college, I was a competitive downhill skier and enjoyed running on the track and field team. I have completed four marathons—so I know the hard work, determination, and discipline it takes to accomplish specific goals. I love helping all of my clients to accomplish their goals, and teaching them how to live healthier lives
