Class Descriptions:

 

CARDIO SCULPT

 

60 minutes-a combination of Cardio Vascular exercise and resistance training to music.  A variety of equipment includes Kettle Bells, Hand weights, resist bands, and bodyweight.

 

CARDIO KICK BOXING

 

60 minutes of Cardio Vascular exercise, punching, kicking, squatting, lunging, jumping jacks, and all activities designed to boost your heart rate.

 

FIT-HIIT

 

45 minutes-High Intensity bodyweight exercises performed in a timed format

 

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

 

60 minute Interval training class with 1-3 minute cycles with 5-6 different stations

 

INTRO TO TRX

 

30 minute introduction to the use of TRX suspension trainer

 

KETTLE BELL BOOT CAMP

 

45 minute class that challenges you using the Kettle bell for a variety of exercises

 

MOVE

 

30 minute introductory class with Low impact strength training movements and stretching

 

RIPPED

 

45 minutes-TRX Suspension training and RIP training exercises performed in series of repetitions or timed

 

SILVER SNEAKERS

 

45 minute blend of cardio, strength, resistance, balance and coordination training for our members over 62 years

 

 

 

TOTAL BODY TONE

 

45 minute Interval training class focusing on a certain area of the body in each class!

 

 

 

WEEKEND WARRIOR

 

60-90 minute workout for those that need a way to really work off the week!  Combines strength, cardio, core, and fun!!

 

 

We offer classes to non-members too, we sell a punch card for 8 classes and no expiration!

We have trainers on staff that would be happy to help you meet your fitness needs!!
