The most important thing to remember when shopping for a health club membership is that you are purchasing a RESULTS not a “product.” You are not going to walk out of the health club with a shiny piece of equipment; you are shopping for the service and results that you will receive as a member. We challenge you to find an employee at a gym that will calculate your RMR, measure your body composition or answer a diet related question immediately when you ask.
