Kinli has been in the fitness industry for almost 4 years. She has a special ability to be equally enthusiastic and knowledgeable in the gym.
Bernadette has a Masters Degree in Exercise Science and specializes in Women's Fitness, Cardiac Rehab and Powerlifting Techniques.
Master Trainer; Josh has over 9 years experience in health and fitness a degree in exercise science and several specialty cerifications. Over the years he has worked with people with special needs and continues to specialize in building mass, core, power and strength.
