Steve Manges is a trainer at Anytime Fitness specializing in core training, group fitness, rehab training, senior fitness, and fitness coaching. Steve has 10+ years of experience in the fitness industry, working with individuals of all ages. The youngest client being 5 years of age and the oldest client in the 80's. Programs for individuals include: Strength and conditioning for kids, adults, and seniors, Golf training, Various Sport Specific training, Group Classes and Nutritional Training. Certifications: ● F.I.R.S.T. - Focused Intensity Resistance Strength Training ● AED and CPR Certified ● Collegiate Baseball at University of Indianapolis ● B.S.
