At Anytime Fitness we focus on a healthy lifestyle change that includes both nutrition and exercise. To help you accomplish a healthier lifestyle, we offer personal training programs. These programs are designed to give you professional, one-on-one training designed specifically for you and your goals and fitness level.
I have always been interested in fitness and nutrition. I loved playing sports and seeing how our bodies react and adapt to training. Growing up in Italy and both parents being chefs has also helped me to take an interest in the benefits of proper nutrition. Serving in the military has taught me the importance of discipline as well as being physically and mentally fit. I recently graduated from "National Personal Training Institute" and look forward to sharing what I have learned with others.
I was exposed to my first weight lifting experience over 15 years ago and ever since then I haven’t been able to stop. I can remember back to my 9th grade summer when I finally took the plunge and began lifting weights in my parent’s garage and running around my neighborhood looking like the local Rocky Balboa. I became NSCA-CPT certified in January 2007 and then decided to attend Washington State University where I was actively employed at the student REC center as a weight room attendant, personal trainer and eventually a facility manager. I graduated from WSU in 2011 with a BA in Organizational Communication and a minor in Sport Management.
After developing a passion for fitness and health I attended the National Personal Training Institute and was certified through NASM. I use the sport of obstacle course racing to express my personal fitness and encourage everyone to get out and roll around in the mud at least once. I am constantly seeking knowledge and education so I can continue to add to my arsenal so I am able to help anyone become a healthier and stronger version of themselves, no matter the circumstances. My goal is to make every workout fun yet challenging to keep you excited and coming back each day while making progress towards achieving the goals you never thought you would reach.
As a trainer, I educate my clients on the importance of utilizing proper form through each movement, ensuring they remain injury free. After attending the National Personal Trainers Institute, I enrolled at Washington State University, where I graduated with my B.S. in Biology with an emphasis in physical therapy. Throughout my career as a personal trainer I have developed a strong passion for health and fitness. My goal is to help you achieve yours.
Julian uses a non-traditional approach to fitness which can best be summarized as "training the body from the inside out." He focuses on core strength, balance, posture and body position FIRST, before moving into heavy resistance exercises or complex movement training.
Lauren is certified by American Council on Exercise, holds a Bachelor's Degree from The Evergreen State College and is a Kung Fu Black Belt. Whether you are training for your black belt, desire to lose a few pounds or want to get more out of your current workout routine, Lauren will ensure that your training is challenging, varied and effective.
