At Anytime Fitness we focus on a healthy lifestyle change that includes both nutrition and exercise. To help you accomplish a healthier lifestyle, we offer personal training programs. These programs are designed to give you professional, one-on-one training designed specifically for you and your goals and fitness level.
After developing a passion for fitness and health I attended the National Personal Training Institute and was certified through NASM. I use the sport of obstacle course racing to express my personal fitness and encourage everyone to get out and roll around in the mud at least once. I am constantly seeking knowledge and education so I can continue to add to my arsenal so I am able to help anyone become a healthier and stronger version of themselves, no matter the circumstances. My goal is to make every workout fun yet challenging to keep you excited and coming back each day while making progress towards achieving the goals you never thought you would reach.
Riana recently moved here after graduating college in International Business and French. Throughout high school and college, she involved herself in athletic training. She has had her own weight loss journey and discovered her passion for helping other people gain confidence through a healthy lifestyle.
Andrea Wagner has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for over 22 years. Her fitness career began as a freshman in college, where she became a certified personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the cutting-edge leader in the fitness industry. After becoming a trainer, she realized many new clients were suffering from common limitations. In order to address these concerns, she attended Egoscue University to become a Posture Alignment Specialist, and now has the knowledge to help clients decrease chronic pain, increase functionality and provide them the tools to reach the fitness level they desire. Andrea has also completed Basi Pilates, Booty Barre, Bodyflow, and spinning. She has been serving the Gig Harbor community for the last 12 years with their fitness and nutrition goals with great success and looks forward to helping you reach your goals.
You Have The Ability to Make Change Happen Certified through American Council of Exercise with studies in holistic nutrition and life coaching, I'm here to encourage you along your journey towards your personal best. Weather your goals are to enhance sports specific performance, build muscle and definition or just looking for that extra accountability to get you out of your comfort zone, I want to help you help yourself reach your fitness potential.
As a trainer, I educate my clients on the importance of utilizing proper form through each movement, ensuring they remain injury free. After attending the National Personal Trainers Institute, I enrolled at Washington State University, where I graduated with my B.S. in Biology with an emphasis in physical therapy. Throughout my career as a personal trainer I have developed a strong passion for health and fitness. My goal is to help you achieve yours.
Lauren is certified by American Council on Exercise, holds a Bachelor's Degree from The Evergreen State College and is a Kung Fu Black Belt. Whether you are training for your black belt, desire to lose a few pounds or want to get more out of your current workout routine, Lauren will ensure that your training is challenging, varied and effective.
