Amy and Patrick own 4 clubs at Northbrook and Dupont Landing-Fort Wayne, Columbia City & Huntington! She makes every member feel welcome is always here to help! She enjoys playing volleyball, lifting and taking group fitness classes at the Ft Wayne-Dupont Landing club.

Kelsey is our H2i (Hired to Inspire)! She has many years of experience in the health club industry, and she is excited to help you with all of your health and fitness needs.
Jason is NASM and NSCA certified, & is also a Certified Golf Conditioning Specialist. He graduated with Honors from Brown Mackie College with a degree in Exercise Science. He works with men, women & youth in all aspects of fitness & athletic training. He also is an experienced youth coach for baseball and football.
Kelly is a WITS certified personal trainer and works staff at our Lima/Dupont Road location. On her days off, she chases around her 3 small children! She has an amazing weight loss story of her own and uses this experience to help other reach their health and fitness goals.
Neil has over 20 years of personal training experience. He is NFPT certified and is also a massage therapist. He has a wide span of expertise and is known for getting his clients amazing results.
Shawn is an ISSA certified trainer. He began working out at the age of 13 and quickly fell in love with powerlifting. He has competed in both powerlifting and bodybuilding. He loves to help people achieve their fitness goals whether it is to lose weight, gain weight, get stronger, or help them compete at a higher level in a sport. He has helped many people lose over 50 and 100 lbs!

Staff hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 1 pm & 3pm - 7 pm Friday 9am - 1 pm & 3pm - 5 pm Saturday 9am - 1 pm We would be glad to schedule another time for you to visit the club if these times are not convenient for you. SUMMER HOURS : Friday is staffed 9-3 and no staff on Saturday from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS -
30/30 - Lesley's unique fitness coaching makes her 30/30 class fantastic! It includes 30 minutes of strength and 30 minutes of cardio in a variety of 60 second intervals! She subbed for us and members wanted MORE! So this class will be on the schedule through the beginning of June (and hopefully longer)!
BODY BASICS - Kelly's 45 minute class is for beginners or those needing low impact. It includes dynamic stretching, a brief cardio warm-up, and resistance band work and body weight exercises for all muscle groups. The class ends with mat work, stretching and a cool down. Alternative exercises are given for all fitness levels. Try this and you will love the variety!
BODYCOMBAT™ - the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
BODYPUMP™ - the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
Ab Blast - 30-minute core training to strengthen, burn, and blast! Ideal for tightening your stomach and lower back. Great for functional training and injury prevention!
Circuit Training - Jason's Circuit Training keeps members coming back for more! This awesome class requires sign-up at the club because of class max of 12. He keeps you moving, burning, and sweating with a variety of fun and challenging exercises.
HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training with Candy- She will push you hard for 30 minutes. Men and women be prepared to sweat! This class is SOOOO fantastic that we have it on the schedule instead of BodyCombat. This may be replaced after more Combat releases are in place, but it's up to you!!
Tabata - High intensity interval training involving strength, plyometric and cardio moves involving every muscle group in your body. These timed intervals will push your heart rate to the max and keep you burning calories long after class has ended!
Yoga - Join Mary for a relaxing time of stretching and creating a union of mind, body, and spirit. This class can be enjoyed by all fitness levels and abilities.
Zumba - This class is designed with options for all levels. High energy & motivating workout with Latin music, unique moves & combinations.
