Christopher specializes in weight management, sports specific training, and rehab, but is a lifelong student of general fitness. He fell in love with exercise nutrition and fitness early on. Growing up, his father was a professional bodybuilder and power lifter; so as it would be, he followed suit. He ran D1 track in college and picked up valuable experience working in the athletic training department. He is a certified personal trainer and massage therapist. He enjoys working with all sorts of people of varied backgrounds to reach and achieve their goals. He is looking forward to seeing how he can help you achieve yours.
John has spent his life studying martial arts, sports massage, anatomy, physiology, strength and conditioning and ballroom dance. He has competed and won many trophies at the regional level for Fred Astaire and independent dance competitions, and has also competed in Brazilian Juijitsu and wrestling. John is training to become a corrective exercise specialist through NASM. He emphasises optimal form so clients get the most out of every movement and exercise. BIO: Jon's PFIT certification makes him well qualified to help you achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle through fitness training and nutrition. He also has martial arts training and is earning a B.S. in Exercise from the University of Houston. At Anytime Fitness, he has worked successfully with knee replacement and with lower back issues. BIO: Sunny is an energetic person with a contagiously positive attitude. He started his personal training career 3 years ago, after completing the unique NPTI Personal Training Program. While Sunny enjoys helping people with all fitness goals, he has proven himself exceedingly useful to clients with the goal of increased flexibility as well as learning about organic nutrition solutions. He believes it is his duty to educate the importance of corrective exercising and proper nutrition, and how it correlates with fitness. Sunny has successfully developed fun workouts for anyone seeking to increase general fitness and shed body fat. He is always excited to meet and educate new people, and help them on their fitness journey.
