top low cost franchise

Anytime Fitness is recognized as a top-ranked, low cost franchise across all industries. Both our initial franchise fee and ongoing monthly fees are extremely affordable, lowering the barrier of entry for club ownership.

low initial investment

The following relates to Anytime Fitness franchising in North America. For information about franchising outside North America, visit our International Opportunities page.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of your Anytime Fitness center is between $78,700 and $371,175. This includes an initial franchise fee of $32,500 for a new franchisee. For an Anytime Fitness Express center, your initial investment should range from $55,350 to $199,525 for a new franchisee. This includes an initial franchise fee of $22,500. Based on your budget and cash flow, your upfront costs can be minimized by leasing equipment and spreading your build-out costs into your monthly lease (although this may increase your rent).

Our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) provides you with in-depth information regarding the costs and expenses you can plan to incur when developing an Anytime Fitness club. These are estimates based upon the actual experience of ourselves and our franchisees, but they can vary by area of the country. To receive the Anytime Fitness FDD, please submit an application. controlling expenses

A key business strategy with Anytime Fitness is to keep your expenses low. Our compact facilities incorporate a simple—yet upscale—interior design, so you may not have to spend a lot on leasehold improvements. And, our franchise fees are much lower in comparison to other franchises, ours is a flat fee of $549 per month, not a percentage of sales.

Keep in mind that expenses will vary based on the economics of your area, but our streamlined operations process may help you shave costs. Our experienced lease negotiating team can also assist you in dealing with landlords, equipment representatives, and other industry vendors. Here's a list of the largest expenses typical clubs have and how we can help lower them:

monthly lease

Lease negotiations can be tenuous. Considering the different lease terms, like triple net leases, gross leases, and CAM charges, deciding on a lease option can be daunting if you lack experience in dealing with building owners. Our real estate experts can help you achieve the lowest possible rate and make sure the lease is structured with your best interests in mind. See also: Startup Support.
